The Tod’s store at the first floor of Takashimaya was closed for renovation for a while. Yesterday, the Italian brand celebrated the store reopening with a party that gathered socialites, local celebrities, media and Hong Kong actor Louis Koo.

Louis Koo cut the ribbon with executives from Tod’s and Takashimaya.

Apparently the HK star flew in specially from Beijing and was suffering from a knee injury.

Louis Koo looked dashing in Tod’s boots and bracelet. His jacket was from Viktor and Rolf FW2009.

Tod’s ballet flats in various colours and designs. These shoes are very comfortable too!

I brought my Tod’s pashmy bag to this event and was kinda thrilled when two Japanese guests asked me about the bag. I bought it in Rome and the last I checked,  this design is not available in boutiques here. The nylon material is very soft and light-weight, lovely for casual events and occasions. Do check out the Pashmy collection at Tod’s boutiques if you like such bags!
