Christmas Wish List – Wei Ling of Trioon

One day, I received an email from local label, Trioon, about their new collection. I checked out the website and found the designer, Wei Ling, looked vaguely familiar. Upon further correspondence, we confirmed that we were high school band mates. She was my senior who played the baritone saxophone! Gosh, isn’t that an amazing discovery? I have been a huge Jamie Oliver fan since college days, owning five of his cookbooks. His cooking methods are straightforward and fun, with emphasis on fresh ingredients. I also admire his zest to give back to society after gaining success. Fifteen London is a restaurant that provides the unemployed young people an opportunity to pursue a better future. Profits from the restaurant go to the Jamie Oliver Foundation.
