Following my previous post on sportswear, I wanted to share about some beauty tips while working out. During those days when I was a student in school for PE (short for physical education) classes, I didn’t bother to slap any product on my face or attempt to keep my skin clean and hydrated.

But times have changed, here are five tips and tricks that I would incorporate when I head out for my weekly jog.

It’s easy to stay fit and fabulous!

 

1. Clarins UV Plus HP Day Screen (Beige)

A light sunscreen is essential if you, like me, prefer to jog outdoor. Why not cheat a little by slapping on a tinted sunscreen that offers a wee bit of coverage? The beige day screen from Clarins, which was launched earlier this year, has a light and breathable texture with an added advantage of covering light marks for those with fair to medium skin tone.

2. Clarins Body Shaping Cream

To maximise your workout, you could try applying some light body shaping cream that helps to firm your stubborn areas. This product by Clarins is lightweight and easily absorbed. Before you start your exercise regimen, massage a bit of the cream on the problem areas (such as tummy or hips). Change into your sports gear and head off to burn some calories!

3. Biore Cleansing Oil Facial Sheets

For those who head out for a run after a day in the office, these wipes are probably godsend because they help to remove makeup in a jiffy. If you are too lazy to cleanse your face thoroughly after a run, you could use these cleansing sheets first before heading back for a shower.

4. Twistbands

If you do not want to worry about your oily flat hair post work-out, tie them up with Twistbands, which are colourful, sturdy and do not leave any marks on your hair. Of course, other elastics (except for scrunchies) would work just as well.

5. Jurlique Rosewater Rebalancing Mist

Post-workout, you will need to hydrate your skin and body. Besides consuming copious amount of water, you could spray some mist to refresh your skin and cool off. Plus, you will walk out with a lingering rose scent which can be rather sexy too.
