It’s said that desserts release endorphin. Looking at the log of my sugar intake on Instagram, there’s no doubt that I have been a happy person.

[I don’t really recommend the 2 desserts above. I felt that the mille crepe from Lady M is a tad over-rated. ]

Cakes from Patisserie G, opened by a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef | Memorable Mango sticky rice dessert with a delicious scoop of coconut ice-cream from Baan Khanitha & Gallery in Bangkok

Looking at the slew of food pictures just make me feel some kinda excited. Perhaps the endorphin are kicking in already. Let’s all keep calm, eat desserts and be happy. xx
