I was invited to Shiseido Spring 2014 Makeup Collection Preview a while back. Here are some photos that I took during the preview.

I will share my review of the products in due course.

All the lips offerings from the collection – the Perfect Rouge, Lacquer Rouge (S$43) and the new Lacquer Gloss (S$39).

A plethora of eye palettes. This Spring, Shiseido has also launched a few new shades for their Shimmering Cream Eye Colour (S$32).

This is a new product – the Face Colour Enchanting Trio (S$53). The top shade is the “Blushing” colour for the cheeks, the middle one is the “Sculpting” hue for contouring. The bottom colour is the “Harmonizing” shade that helps to blend the two other hues together for a natural graduation effect.

I tried on the new Lacquer Gloss (S$39) in VI207 Nebula. The difference between the Lacquer Gloss and the Lacquer Rouge is its opacity. The Lacquer Gloss is more sheer, a bit reminiscent of the lip glosses from Maquillage. I have never worn a violet lip colour before and I think this Nebula shade worked well on me! It’s a good alternative to the nude beige lips, don’t you think?
