If you are looking for a day moisturiser with brightening properties, SPF and could be also used as a makeup base, look no further. Such multi-purpose product does exist!

Shiseido White Lucent All Day Brightener SPF 36

This is the brand’s latest day moisturizer in the White Lucent series. The new All Day Brightener contains timed-release Vitamin C capsules for all-day brightening and moisture, whilst improving the skin texture, targeting dark spots and evening out the skin tone.

In terms of texture, this 50ml tube of goodness dispenses a light cream-based product with a faint familiar fragrance consistent with other White Lucent products. The silky moisturizer gets absorbed rather quickly after application and I could see shimmery, reflective specks on the skin that helps to create a glow on the skin. These specks are the “light transform powder” that apparently adapts daylight onto the skin to create a radiant look.

Moisturizer packed with SPF is not new, but that enable you to skip the sunscreen if you are not directly exposed to sunlight. For those who do not like to use too many products on your face, the All Day Brightener also works as a make-up base, although it doesn’t really smooth or minimise pores but does help to hold your foundation better.

I personally prefer this product compared to the White Lucent Emulsion – perhaps I’m sold by the numerous qualities that the little tube contains. I’m such a fan of multi-duty products!

With regular use, preferably with the White Lucent serum, the skin will become brighter and more radiant. I am no stranger to the Shiseido White Lucent line and I am glad to welcome the new All Day Brightener in my brightening regime.

The new Shiseido White Lucent All Day Brightener is priced at S$85 for 50ml. Definitely worth the splurge, if you ask me!
