June is my favourite month of the year and I am truly sad to see it breeze past. A couple of brands announced collaboration during the month and at the later part of June, we started seeing Fall/Winter collection previews streaming in. Honestly, the weather is sweltering hot that I can’t envision anything beyond jersey, silk and bright colours for now!
And here’s what you missed on my Facebook Fan Page in June!
[26 June 2012] Say hi to the world’s first all diamond ring.. a whopping 150 carat… PS: tomorrow’s blog post shall be about diamonds too, stay tuned! [link]
I am not sure who will wear a 150 carat diamond ring out in broad daylight but here is the link for those who are interested to find out more about this one-of-its-kind jewellery piece!
Whoops, so first quarter of 2012 has past. There had been so many Spring/Summer launches during the past few months. Here are also some news bites that you might have missed on my Facebook page last month. And yes.. do follow me on Facebook if you haven’t!
[21 March 2012] The March BellaBox.sg almost hit jackpot for me… Most of the products in the box were items that I would use. What do you think? [link]

The Spring Summer Fashion Week has finally come to a close. Come next year, it seems that bag colours are going bright and bold. Perhaps it’s time to whisper a temporary farewell to your usual black or brown handbags and start investing in yellow, orange, green or other vivid shades!

I read this funny article about how stock markets performance can determine the hemline of upcoming fashion collections. If the market outlook is getting all gloom and doom, dress and skirt length would be longer and more modest.
Now, our economy is somewhat a mess but I am loving the modest hemline – in particular, the long preppy flare skirt this fall.

Happy Earth Day!
The Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s need, but not every man’s greed – Gandhi
Miss Chubby’s in a cheery Marc Jacobs dress and Miss Glitzy, in a BCBG silk top which made her feel like a bird with wings for the whole day.
Miss Glitzy got into this a tad late and realised that the Marc by Marc Jacobs show is sold out! Ashley Isham‘s showcase is available only at $60 including cocktail reception.
MasterCard holders can still grab the priority tickets to the Audi Fashion Festival by Sunday. Tickets will be open to public from 13 April. Miss Glitzy is going to attend Vivienne Westwood Show. It’s her first time attending the Fashion Festival. She’s very excited!
PS: According to the official website, the search for event volunteers is still open – till 10 April!
