Well, this is actually one full dress, which can be worn two way. First as a gown, second as a short dress. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds by owning a wedding dress which you can still wear in future from time to time.

Monique Lhuillier opted for bold colours such as blue and yellow for her gowns this year. She seemed to be pursuing a more irregular but textured feel with the blue swirl prints or twisted tulle. These couture pieces would be grand for your wedding night!

For the uninitiated, White by Vera Wang is a lower-priced bridal collection designed by Vera Wang specially for David’s Bridal. The collection is currently only available at David’s Bridal stores in the US.
2 CommentsI am sort of glad that May is over because June is my favourite month of the year! It’s summer, and it used to be the school holidays. Now at work, everyone’s planning their vacation so the pace would slow down a wee bit. Of course, looking back at May, there was a slew of fashion events in Singapore, especially the Audi Fashion Festival. These are the type of things that would make my life as a “corporate slave by day + fashion lifestyle blogger by night” exciting, right?

It makes sense because brides-to-be wouldn’t minding spending more for that special dress on the most important day of their lives. I mean, look at the number of bridal collections Sera and I have written about so far. Most recently, UK fashion brand Coast launched their bridal collection with 13 timeless wedding dresses!
